摘要
目的分析超声引导下神经阻滞在小儿上肢手术麻醉中的临床应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月于我院接受上肢手术的患儿100例,根据计算机分组方式分为对照组(50例,采用一般解剖定位进行神经阻滞麻醉)和观察组(50例,采用在超声引导下进行神经阻滞麻醉)。比较两组患儿神经阻滞效果、神经阻滞操作时间、七氟醚药物使用剂量、手术时间、并发症(麻药中毒、血管及神经损伤)发生率以及临床治疗效果。结果观察组患儿神经阻滞操作时间显著短于对照组患儿,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的神经阻滞总有效率、临床治疗总有效率均高于对照组患儿,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿七氟醚药物使用剂量、并发症发生率均少于对照组患儿,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下神经阻滞能在较大程度上保证患儿上肢手术的麻醉效果,降低并发症发生率,提高患儿的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of ultrasound-guided nerve block in pediatric upper limb surgery anesthesia.Methods 100 cases of children with upper limb surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and divided into control group(50 cases,nerve block anesthesia by general anatomical location)and observation group(50 cases,nerve block anesthesia under ultrasound guidance)according to computer grouping.Then,the effect of nerve block,operation time of nerve block,dosage of sevoflurane drug,operation time,incidence(anesthetic poisoning,vascular and nerve injury)of complications,clinical treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Result The operation time of nerve block in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of nerve block and clinical treatment effect in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the dosage of sevoflurane drug and incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided nerve block can ensure the anesthesia effect of children's upper limb surgery to a large extent,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life of children.
