摘要
解放西藏是建立统一、和平、民主的新中国的必然抉择,也是西藏百万农奴摆脱英美帝国主义势力和黑暗腐朽的封建农奴制的必由之路。按照中央解放西藏“以西南为主、西北为辅”的决策部署,担负“第二责任”的中共中央西北局、西北军区创建了中共西北西藏工作委员会,承担了从西北进军和护送十世班禅入藏的任务,发展和完善了这一时期党的西藏工作基本方针政策,为解放和经营西藏贡献了丰富而宝贵的经验。
In order to establish a united peaceful and democratic new China,to help millions of Tibetan serfs to get rid of Anglo-American imperialist forces and feudal serfdom,it is necessary to liberate Tibet.According to CPC Central Committee’s deployment strategy‘Take South-west Military Command as the Dominate Force,North-west Military as the Subsidiary Force’,North-west Bureau and North-west Military Command established North-west Tibet working committee,carried out the mission of marching towards Tibet from North-west and escorting the Tenth Panchen Lama enter Tibet,set up and developed CPC’s fundamental principles for Tibet affairs during this period,these principles has accumulated rich and valuable historical experience for the liberation and management of Tibet.
