摘要
目的探讨中医护理联合疼痛管理理念下的护理对中重度肺癌患者疼痛与心理状态的影响。方法将2017年5月—2018年10月收治的86例肺癌患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予中医护理联合疼痛管理理念下的护理干预。应用视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评定患者干预前后疼痛情况,应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者干预前后心理状况。结果与对照组比较,观察组VAS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分较低(P <0.01)。结论在中重度肺癌患者疼痛护理中给予中医护理联合疼痛管理理念下的护理干预,能够显著减轻患者疼痛,缓解负性情绪。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing under the concept of TCM nursing combined with pain management on pain and psychological status of patients with moderate to severe lung cancer.Methods 86 patients with lung cancer admitted from May 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,43 cases each.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention under the concept of TCM nursing combined with pain management.Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to assess pain before and after intervention.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to assess psychological status of patients before and after intervention.Results Compared with the control group,the VAS score,SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower(P<0.01).Conclusion Nursing intervention under the concept of TCM nursing combined with pain management in pain nursing for patients with moderate or severe lung cancer can significantly reduce pain and alleviate negative emotions.
