西藏白菜型黄籽油菜自交亲和性初探 被引量:1

摘要 以8份西藏白菜型黄籽油菜农家品种为材料,通过自由授粉、套袋自交、剥蕾自交3种授粉方式,探究了3种授粉方式下不同参试品种的结角率和亲和指数,并对3种授粉方式进行了差异性分析。结果表明,不同授粉方式下油菜的结角率不同,结角率由高到低的顺序为自由授粉>套袋自交>剥蕾自交,不同授粉方下不同品种的结角率也不同;通过测定8份供试材料的自交亲和指数发现,不同品种的自交亲和指数大小有差异。供试材料的自交亲和指数均大于1,均为自交亲和油菜。参试品种的自交亲和指数由高到低的材料顺序为:敏珠黄籽>普巴村油菜>尼木油菜>夏鲁油菜>白居寺油菜>昌珠油菜>雪巴油菜>果布油菜。 Based on eight copies of Tibetan cabbage-type yellow-seed rape varieties as materials,the three pollination methods of free pollination,bagging self-breeding,and bud peeling self-breeding were used to investigate the knot angle,pro and index and to analyze the differences of the three pollination methods.The results showed that under different pollination methods,the knot rate of rapeseed was different,and the order of knot rate from high to low was free pollination>bagged selfing>bud peeling selfing,and different varieties of different pollination methods had different knotting rates.By measuring the self-compatibility index of 8 test materials,it was found that the self-compatibility index of different varieties was different.All the self-compatibility indexes of the tested materials were greater than 1,both of which were self-compatibility rape.The material sequence of the self-compatibility index of the tested varieties from high to low was:Minzhu yellow seed>Pubacun rapeseed>Nimu rape>Xialu rapeseed>Baijusi rapeseed>Changzhu rapeseed>Sherpa rapeseed>Fruit Cloth rape.
