摘要
猪瘟(Classical swine fever,CSF)是猪瘟病毒引起的急性、烈性和高度接触性传染病。通过分析某养殖场猪瘟的发病情况、临床症状、病理变化和实验室诊断,得出结论:必须采取实验室诊断方法进行猪瘟的鉴别诊断,多重荧光RT-PCR检测试剂盒适用于县级以上兽医实验室。
Classical swine fever(CSF)is an acute,potent and highly contagious disease caused by Classical swine fever virus(CSFV).This paper mainly analyzes the incidence,clinical symptoms,pathological changes and laboratory diagnosis of classical swine fever in a certain farm,it is suggested that laboratory diagnostic methods should be adopted for the differential diagnosis of CSFV.The multiplex fluorescent RT-PCR detection kit is suitable for veterinary laboratories above county level.
