摘要
本文通过借鉴国外社区评价指标体系的理论和实践,并结合我国社区建设的特色和现阶段任务,初步确定了美好社区指标体系的基本框架,并通过德尔菲法、实地访谈等方式对指标体系的基本框架进行修正并确定指标体系各项因子的构成,然后通过专家评估、居民参与的方式,运用定量分析的方法和一系列相关的技术手段确定指标体系中各因子的权重,构建了具有中国特色的城市美好社区三级评估指标体系基本框架,形成居民对城市美好社区生活感知的评价工具。
This paper draws on the theories and practices of community evaluation index systems to sort out some common indicators.On the basis of combining the characteristics of China*s community building and the imperatives at this stage,we lay out a basic framework of an evaluation index system of a better urban community.Then we modify the basic framework of the index system and determine the composition of its indicators through the Delphi method and interviews with residents.Further,we use quantitative analysis and a series of related techniques to measure the weight of each indicator in the index system.Thus,the basic framework of the three-level evaluation index system of a better urban community with Chinese characteristics is constructed,which can be used as an evaluation tool for residents1 perception of a better urban community life.
