摘要
传统的高压断路器驱动机构,其结构复杂,且不可数字调控;为了适应当今高压断路器智能化要求,实现电机驱动机构数字化控制,根据断路器动触头的运动曲线,通过对电机电流,位置信号的采集,运用SVPWM电压矢量控制算法,产生控制IGBT三相功率逆变器所需的PWM信号,使用伺服电机的双闭环控制系统,实现断路器的分合闸操作.通过理论分析,建立整个电机驱动机构的控制系统,并设计出断路器程序控制流程,提供具体算法.最后,通过参数输入进行试验验证.结果表明,数字控制技术满足高压断路器电气特性要求.
The traditional high voltage circuit breaker mechanism has a complex structure and cannot be digitally controlled.In order to adapt to the current intelligent requirements of high voltage circuit breakers,digital control of motor drive mechanism is implemented.Based on the moving contact movement curve of the breaker,the motor current and position signal acquisition and using SVPWM the voltage vector control algorithm,the PWM signal is generated to control IGBT three-phase power DC-to-AC converter.The double closed loop control system of the servo motor is used to realize the opening and closing control of the breaker.Through theoretical analysis,the control system of the whole motor drive mechanism is established,and the circuit breaker program control flow is designed.Finally,the verification test is conducted by parameters input,and the results show that the digital control technology meets the electrical characteristics requirements of the high voltage circuit breakers.
