摘要
有轨电车的设计思路是由性能向效能延伸、采购费用向寿命周期费用延伸、设计过程向全生命周期拓展。为了引导有轨电车的车辆运营方、车辆提供方、车辆维修方建立起“评价-反馈-改进”的服务机制,采用评分预计法,设计了有轨电车服务评价的系统框架及评价指标,以期促进有轨电车系统的规范化服务,持续改进有轨电车线路的服务质量。
The design idea of tramcar extends from performance to efficiency,the procurement cost extends to the life cycle cost and the design process to the whole life cycle.In order to guide the tramcar vehicle operator,supplier and maintenance party to establish an"evaluation—feedback—improvement"service mechanism,the score prediction method is used to design the evaluation system framework and index,in order to promote the service standardization and improve continuously the service quality of tram system.
