摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展和城镇化进程的高速进行,我国房地产企业的发展带来了机遇的同时也带来了挑战。然而,在房地产企业的发展过程中,其融资问题已经成为亟待解决的影响其发展的关键。本文通过分析房地产企业融资的现状,对比与其他企业融资过程的区别与差距,得出与国情和实际情况相适应的房地产企业融资建议,以促进房地产企业的良性发展。
With the rapid development of economy and the progress of urbanization, the development of Chinese real estate enterprises has brought opportunities as well as challenges. However, in the process of the development of real estate enterprises, its financing problem has become the key to its development. By analyzing the current financing situation and comparing with the differences and disparities of financing process of other enterprises, this paper comes up with the financing suggestions of real estate enterprises which are suitable for the actual situation in order to promote the healthy development of real estate enterprises.
