摘要
水泥搅拌法加固软土地基具有噪音低、振动小,且能快速获得强度等优点。本文采用水泥浆液多轴深层搅拌工艺,对湛江某企业厂房软黏土地基进行了块状加固。对经室内配比改性后的水泥土进行了无侧限抗压强度试验,并和现场施工条件下的无侧限抗压强度进行了对比分析,给出了用于工程设计分析时应采用的水泥土强度折减率。
The cement mixing technique to reinforce soft soil foundation has advantages of low noise,small vibration and rapid strength acquisition.The paper has used cement slurry multiaxial deep mixing technique carried out block reinforcement for plant building soft clay foundation of an enterprise in the Zhanjiang City.An unconfined compressive strength test for cement soil has carried out after laboratory proportioning and property modified,then comparatively analyzed with unconfmed compressive strength under site construction condition,worked out cement soil strength reduction rate should be used in engineering design analysis.
