摘要
在高强螺栓受拉疲劳方面,螺栓的制造工艺(包括螺纹加工的方法、螺纹加工与热处理的顺序等)、螺栓的形式以及螺栓的受力方式都会影响到其疲劳性能;在高强螺栓受剪疲劳方面,微动疲劳的研究逐渐进入研究者的视野。实际工程应用中,高强螺栓主要用于钢网架节点和桥梁整体节点,系统总结了试验和数值分析高强螺栓疲劳性能的方法和步骤,整理了受剪整体节点的疲劳机理。《钢结构设计标准规范》(GB 50017-2017)中对高强螺栓疲劳性能的规定,缺少对高强螺栓疲劳性能影响因素的定量描述,笔者认为有必要进行补充。
In the aspect of tensile strength of high-strength bolts,the manufacturing process of bolts(including the method of thread processing,the order of thread processing and heat treatment,etc.),the form of bolts and the way of stressing bolts all affect the fatigue performance.In terms of fatigue,the study of fretting fatigue has gradually entered the field of researchers.In practical engineering applications,high-strength bolts are mainly used for steel grid joints and bridge integral joints.The methods and steps of testing and numerical analysis of high-strength bolt fatigue performance were systematically summarized,and the fatigue mechanism of sheared integral joints was sorted out.The provisions on the fatigue performance of high-strength bolts in the“Standards for Design of Steel Structures GB 50017-2017”lack a quantitative description of the factors affecting the fatigue performance of high-strength bolts,and it is considered necessary to supplement them.
