木质素/无机填料复合补强橡胶的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 对木质素/无机填料复合补强剂的制备及其对橡胶补强效果的研究进行综述。相比传统的炭黑补强体系,木质素/无机填料复合补强体系不仅使橡胶保持基本的力学性能要求,而且更加环境友好、成本优势明显。近年来有大量学者对木质素和炭黑、白炭黑、硅铝酸盐、其他无机填料等复合补强体系进行了研究。本文中,笔者分析了木质素/无机填料复合补强剂的制备方法及其优缺点,着重从相容性和分散性方面对木质素/无机填料复合补强剂对橡胶的补强效果进行了分析。木质素一定程度上可以起到分散无机填料的作用,从而提高复合补强剂和橡胶基体间的相互作用,达到较好的橡胶补强效果,为新型环保橡胶补强剂的开发和应用提供了重要的技术借鉴。 In this review,we address the preparation of lignin/inorganic fillers as reinforcing agents.Compared with the traditional carbon black reinforcement system,the lignin/inorganic filler composite reinforcement system not only keeps the basic mechanical performance requirements of the rubber,but also is more environmentally friendly and cost effective.In recent years,a large number of scholars have studied lignin and carbon black,white carbon black,aluminosilicate,other inorganic fillers and other composite reinforcement systems.We analyzed preparation methods,advantages and disadvantages of these reinforcing agents.The reinforcing effect of these reinforcing agents on rubber is discussed from the aspects of compatibility and dispersibility.Lignin plays the role of dispersing the inorganic filler to a certain extent,thereby to improve the interaction between these reinforcing agents and the rubber matrix,and the mechanical properties of the reinforced rubbers.Our review provides important technical references for the development of novel sustainable rubber reinforcing agents.
