摘要
分析了大型梯形螺纹的加工难点,提出了一种用简单指令编制宏程序,实现高级螺纹切削方法的编程方法,解决了大型螺纹零件加工难题,对大型螺纹数控编程和加工具有一定的指导意义。
By analyzing machining difficulty of heavy trapezoidal thread,a programming method of macroprogram written from simple instructions to realize advanced thread cutting has been put forward,which solved the machining difficulty of heavy thread components and provided guidance for heavy thread numerical control programming and machining.
