步进梁钢卷对中装置设计与研究

摘要 根据某冷轧厂酸轧线工艺特点,分析了现有入口段步进梁上钢卷对中装置存在卡顿、对中不精确等问题,通过现场采集运行数据,提出合理解决方案,运用Inventor三维仿真软件设计出一种钢卷对中装置,实践验证了该对中装置的有效性,提高生产效率。 Based on process characteristics of pickling rolling line in a certain cold rolling plant,by analyzing issues of block and imprecise centering existing in walking beam steel coil centering device at entrance section,reasonable solutions have been put forward by collecting site operation data,furthermore a steel coil centering device has been designed by Inventor 3D simulation software and effectiveness of the device has also been verified by practice to improve production efficiency.
