摘要
【目的/意义】台湾地区在精致农业的发展理念下,逐步实现了由传统农业向现代农业的转变,其发展历程与做法为大陆提高农业现代化水平提供了经验借鉴。【方法/过程】基于赴台实地调研的基础上,探究台湾地区农业现代化发展的主要历程,重点分析台湾地区在破解“小农边缘化”“农产品低端化”“合作组织零散化”等问题的做法及经验。【结果/结论】结果表明:台湾从传统农业向现代农业转型的过程中,主要是通过农民合作组织制度、农产品运销制度等一系列农业经营制度的建立和完善,以及运用科技来发展“创新农业”等方式,为东亚区域小农经济发展树立了良好的典范。
【Objective/Meaning】Under the development concept of refined agriculture,Taiwan has gradually realized the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.And its development process and practice have provided experience for improving the level of agricultural modernization in the Chinese Mainland.【Methods/Procedures】Based on the field research in Taiwan,the main process of agricultural modernization development in Taiwan was explored,and the analysis on the practice and experience in solving the problems of“marginalization of small farmers”,“low-end agricultural products”and“decentralization of cooperative organizations”in Taiwan was focused on.【Results/Conclusions】The results showed that in the process of the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture in Taiwan,the establishment and improvement of a series of agricultural management systems,such as the cooperative organization system of farmers,the agricultural products transportation and marketing system,as well as the use of science and technology to develop the innovative agriculture have set a good example for the development of small-scale peasant economy in East Asia.
