摘要 山洪灾害已成为我国洪涝灾害致人死亡的主要灾种,中小河流地区山洪灾害预警一直是山洪灾害防御的薄弱环节。文章以新疆巴音沟河2016—2019年发生的典型山洪为例,通过分析山洪实时预警、山洪灾害气象预警和山洪关系,建立了以实时降雨监测为主、山洪气象灾害预警为辅的预警方案,取得了较好的效果,并建议在新疆及其他干旱区山区中小河流山洪管理中进行推广使用。 Mountain flood disaster has become the main disaster causing people’s death among flood disasters in China.Mountain flood disaster warning has always been the weak link for mountain flood disaster prevention in small and medium-sized river areas.An early warning plan centered on utilizing real-time rainfall monitoring and assisted by mountain flood early warning is established by analyzing the relationship between real-time rainfall flood real-time meteorological early warning and mountain floods based on typical mountain floods in Xinjiang Bayingou River 2016—2019 as examples in the paper.Excellent results have been achieved.It is suggested that the result can be promoted and used widely in mountain flood management of medium and small rivers in Xinjiang and other arid mountain areas.
