使用CS3000系统实现罐区报警功能开发

摘要 因当前生产需要,储罐进、发油调节频繁,工艺人员需要根据经验进行进、发油操作,合理控制进发油流速防止产生静电。因人员素质等各种原因,对操作条件存在不同的判断,需要借助外力进行操作条件的量化判定。同时,当储罐处于静止状态时,由于储罐直径较大,液位变化缓慢,一旦出现进出储罐阀门关闭不严或者泄漏情况,短时间内难以发现将对安全生产造成的隐患难以估量。针对上述问题,结合储罐当前已有的液位测量仪表和阀门设备,利用横河CS3000系统进行相关功能开发,为工艺操作提供经验借鉴,并实现储罐运行监控功能。 Due to the current production needs,the inlet and outlet oil of the storage tank are frequently adjusted,and the technicians need to operate the inlet and outlet oil according to their experience,so as to control the flow rate of the inlet oil reasonably and prevent the generation of static electricity.Due to various reasons such as personnel quality,there are different judgments on operating conditions,which need to be quantified by external forces.At the same time,when the tank is in a stationary state,due to large storage tank diameter,liquid level change paint,once appear,in and out of the tank is lax or leak valve is closed,if it is difficult to find in a short time,and the hidden dangers to safe production are incalculable.According to the above problems,combining with the current existing storage tank level measurement instrument and valve equipment,use of yokogawa CS3000 system for related function development,to provide experience for reference to process operation,and storage tank operation monitoring function.
