摘要
以硝酸铈铵为引发剂,引发丙烯酸丁酯在汉麻秆芯粉表面进行接枝共聚反应。研究不同浓度的引发剂和单体对接枝程度的影响,并对接枝改性的汉麻秆芯粉进行接触角、红外光谱测试以及表面形貌分析(SEM)。测试结果表明,引发剂硝酸铈铵溶液浓度为0.008 mol/L、单体丙烯酸丁酯溶液浓度为0.1 mol/L时接枝效果最好,且改性后的汉麻秆芯粉表面极性下降,即亲水性明显下降。
In this paper,using cerium ammonium nitrate as initiator,the graft copolymerization of butylacrylate on the surface of hemp stalk core powder is initiated.To study the influence of different concentrations of initiators and monomers on the degree of grafting,the contact angle,infrared spectrum and scanning electron microscope(SEM)of the modified hemp stalk core powder are determined.The test results show that the best graft effect is achieved when the initiator concentration of cerium ammonium nitrate is 0.008 mol/L and the concentration of butyl acrylate monomer is 0.1mol/L.The surface polarity of the modified flax straw core powder decreases,that is,the hydrophilicity decreases significantly.
