摘要
党的十九大对我国社会发展进行了历史定位,中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,面对前所未有之百年大变局,习近平总书记的治国理政思想也有了新发展,适时提出了“治边稳藏”战略思想并在西藏等边疆地区得到实践,在实践过程中向世人展现出这一思想理论的前瞻性和指导性.在西藏全面建成小康社会之际,“治边稳藏”战略思想在西藏各族干部群众中更加深入人心,已成为西藏长足发展的思想保障和各项工作的理论指引,体现出党中央对治藏方略的创造性发展,为做好新时代西藏工作提供了根本遵循,开创了西藏工作的新局面.
