摘要
近年来,随着AI及大数据技术广泛应用,人力资源管理持续向数字化、智能化发展,如何更好的采集、利用人力资源相关数据已成为国内外人力资源领域探索与研究的焦点之一。公司依托ERP系统建设,利用AI人物画像和大数据技术,进行新型人力资源评价模型的研究和应用,通过智慧绩效平台,实现员工赋能、能岗匹配,增强人机协同效果,使人力资源管理呈现出大数据驱动的新兴模态。
In recent years,with the wide application of AI and big data technology,human resources man⁃agement continues to develop towards digitalization and intelligentization.How to better collect and utilize hu⁃man resources related data has become one of the focuses of exploration and research in the field of human resources at home and abroad.Relying on the construction of ERP system and using AI portrait and big da⁃ta technology,the company carries out research and application of new human resources evaluation model,realizes staff empowerment and competency-position fit via smart performance platform,enhances the manmachine synergistic effect,and makes human resources management present an emerging mode driven by big data.
