基于爬架施工全现浇混凝土外墙结构若干设计优化与措施分析 被引量:7

摘要 在运用铝模与爬架工艺的高层及超高层塔楼结构中,建设单位出于施工组织与施工质量的考虑,往往要求设计单位将二次砌筑的外墙(外窗台墙、剪力墙结构开洞填充等)设计变更为混凝土墙与主体一同现浇。着重梳理一次成型全现浇混凝土外墙结构的若干设计优化与技术措施,并针对以结构拉缝技术为代表的混凝土填充墙与承重墙间柔性连接的这一关键技术措施展开计算分析,表明外墙结构的柔性连接措施较好地解决了工程质量与安全隐患,因此施工过程中需要加以重视。 In the structure of high-rise and super-high-rise towers that use aluminum mold and climbing frame technology,the investors often requires the designers to change the second masonry external wall(including external window sill wall,shear force) to the concrete wall due to the consideration of construction organization and construction quality. This paper focuses on several design optimizations and technical measures of one-time-formed cast-in-place concrete exterior wall structure,and elaborates on this key technical measure of the flexible connection between the concrete infill wall and the load-bearing wall represented by the structural tension joint technology. The results show that the flexible connection measures of the external wall structure can better solve the hidden problems of engineering quality and safety. Therefore,attention must be paid during the construction process.
