摘要
随着“宽带中国”国家战略的逐步实施,国内各大运营商对家庭宽带用户发展规划和用户体验的重视程度均大大提高。互联网电视业务作为客厅经济中重要的组成部分,其业务体验和满意度对家庭宽带产品捆绑销售业务推广起到了决定性的作用。本文主要讲述了IPTV当前发展的现状和对IPTV发展的一些思考,从运维、运营角度提出业务发展的策略建议。
With the gradual implementation of the national strategy of“Broadband China”,domestic telecommunication operators put more and more focus on the development plan and the user experience for home broadband users.IPTV business has become the important part of the living room economy,and the user experience and customer satisfaction of the IPTV business have played key roles in the promotion for the bundlingsale of home broadband products.This essay mainly focuses on the current situation of IPTV business,some thoughts on the development of IPTV business.This essay also proposes strategic suggestion on the development of IPTV business from the aspects of operation maintenance,operations.
