Acoustic emission damage feature extraction of refractories based on wavelet packet transform and independent component analysis/Liu Changming,Shi Duo,Wang Zhigang//Naihuo Caliliao.-2020,54(3):185 Abstract:Aiming at the present situation that refractories have complex meso-structure and the difficulty to accurately determine the damage sources and damage types,the acoustic emission signals of compressed magnesia-carbon refractories were taken as the research object.Firstly,with the help of the wavelet energy spectrum coefficient analysis method,the energy spectrum distribution features corresponding to different damage stages of the refractories were found out.Based on this,the independent component analysis method(ICA)was adopted for the acoustic emission mixed signals.
