“一带一路”倡议下中国出版业“走出去”问题研究 被引量:7

On the Issues of“Going Out”in China s Publishing Industry Under the Belt and Road Initiative?

摘要 在“一带一路”倡议的提出与实践过程中,出版业走出去成为我国文化交流和贸易往来的有力抓手。本文以“一带一路”沿线国家作为整体,划分六大区域,以重点国家的出版贸易为着力点,分析了近五年中国与“一带一路”沿线国家出版物贸易的现状与问题,并剖析了出版“走出去”借助国际文化交流和出版合作与国际展会平台扩大版权贸易和释放出版贸易潜力。最后,从顶层设计、数字出版和人才培养角度提出建设思路。 In the process of the proposal and practice of“The Belt and Road Initiative”,the publishing industry has become a driving force for cultural and trade exchanges in China.This paper,taking the countries along the Belt and Road as a whole and taking the publishing trade of six regions and key countries as the focal point,analyzes the current situation and issues of the trade pattern of publications between China and the countries along the Belt and Road over the past five years.Furthermore,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the publishing“going out”by means of international cultural exchanges,publishing cooperation and international exhibition platform to expand the copyright trade and release the potential of publishing trade.Finally,it proposes the measures from the perspective of top-level design,digital publishing and talent training.
