基于风载、地震载荷下的钻机底盘有限元分析

摘要 从风载地震载荷两个方面建立钻机底盘有限元分析体系,得到了应力、应变、模态三种指标,并对钻机底盘在常规加载状态下进行了疲劳分析,通过分析结果的云图数据获得了钻机底盘的强度、刚度、振动频率、寿命的数据结果表明钻机底盘强度、刚度满足,工作不会共振,寿命满足使用要求。 The finite element analysis system of the drilling rig chassis is established from two aspects of wind load and earthquake load,and three indexes of stress,strain and mode are obtained.The fatigue analysis of the drilling rig chassis is carried out under the normal loading state.The data of the strength,rigidity,vibration frequency and life of the drilling rig chassis are obtained from the cloud chart data of the analysis results.The results show that the strength and rigidity of the drilling rig chassis meet the requirements of working It will not resonate,and its service life meets the requirements.
