摘要
盘式制动器作为一种制动装置,在汽车和其他运输设备上较为常见。盘式制动器运行中产生的各种振动对自身的工作性能影响较大。本文主要在ANSYS软件的帮助下构建起了盘式制动器关键零部件的三维有限元模型,分析其振动特性,在约束模态分析的基础下得出了摩擦盘和卡钳前六阶固有振型和频率,结果显示卡钳的第二阶和摩擦盘的第三阶固有频率较为接近,可促使系统产生共振现象。
As a braking device,disc brakes are more common in automobiles and other transportation equipment.The various vibrations generated during the operation of the disc brake have a greater impact on its performance.In this paper,with the help of ANSYS software,a three-dimensional finite element model of the key components of the disc brake is constructed,and its vibration characteristics are analyzed.Based on the constrained modal analysis,the first six-order natural vibration modes of the friction disc and the caliper Frequency,the result shows that the second-order natural frequency of the caliper is close to the third-order natural frequency of the friction disc,which can promote the resonance of the system.
