摘要
大数据已经深入到企业的管理决策过程中,改变了企业的传统管理模式,构建了新型的管理体系,推进了企业的快速发展。人力资源管理工作也在大数据的影响下发生了相应的变化,应当结合大数据的特点对绩效考核工作实施创新,才能够确保绩效考核机制与现阶段市场发展相匹配。本文分析了在大数据环境下企业人资绩效管理创新的有效措施。
Big data has penetrated into the management decision-making process of enterprises,and it has changed the traditional management mode of enterprises,built a new management system,and promoted the rapid development of enterprises.Human resource management has also undergone corresponding changes under the influence of big data.It is necessary to combine the characteristics of big data to implement innovations in performance appraisal work to ensure that the performance appraisal mechanism matches the current market development.This article analyzes the effective measures of enterprise human resources performance management innovation in the big data environment.
