摘要
随着经济的发展,人们对居住条件的要求越来越高,尤其是对房屋质量的要求也逐年升高。现阶段,在房建工程施工中存在的一些质量问题会对建筑的质量以及居住的舒适性产生较大影响。基于此,本文针对房建工程施工中的防渗漏技术及其优化措施进行分析研究,以期进一步提高房建施工质量。
With the development of economy,people's requirements for living conditions are getting higher and higher,especially the requirements for housing quality are also increasing year by year.At this stage,some quality problems existing in the construction of housing projects will have a greater impact on the quality of the building and the comfort of living.Based on this,this article analyzes and studies the anti-leakage technology and its optimization measures in the construction of housing projects,in order to further improve the quality of housing construction.
