常减压蒸馏装置节能降耗优化措施探讨 被引量:1

摘要 石油炼制行业具有高能耗的特点,而加工能耗所产生的生产成本在炼厂总成本中占比仅次于原油采购支出。因此,通过降低装置生产能耗对于提高炼厂效益具有重要意义。本文以炼厂常减压蒸馏装置为讨论对象,重点介绍了包括优化换热网络、采用高效设备、先进余热回收技术及装置间高效联合等节约电能、回收热能及水资源措施,以期为地方中小炼厂降低能耗、提高效益提供有益参考。 The petroleum refining industry is characterized by high energy consumption,and the production cost generated by processing energy consumption is second only to that of crude oil purchase in the total cost of the refinery.Therefore,reducing energy consumption in unit production is of great significance for improving refinery efficiency.Taking the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of refinery as the object of discussion,some measures to save electric energy,heat and water resources were introduced,such as optimizing heat exchange network,adopting efficient equipment and advanced waste heat recovery technology,improving combination of devices.Finally,it can provide reference for small and medium-sized local refineries to reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency.
