摘要 传统的法医物证学以案件中与人体有关的生物检材为研究对象,运用生命科学技术进行鉴定,为案件的侦破提供科学证据。随着疑难检材的增加和案犯反侦察能力的提高,单核苷酸多态性作为极具发展潜力的二等位基因遗传标记,特别是在种族推断及表型特征刻画方面,展现了良好的法医学应用前景。 Traditionally,the forensic science takes the biological samples related to human body in the case as the research object,provides the scientific evidence for the case investigation by using the life science technology.With the increase of difficult samples and the improvement of criminals'anti-detection ability,single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP),as a genetic marker with great potential for development,especially in the aspect of tracing the ethnic origin and depicting the phenotypic traits,has shown a great prospect of forensic application.
