摘要
采用超声波辅助法对桔皮色素进行提取,并将其主要成分分离,并对色素及多糖成分进行了鉴定.通过熔融共混法将两者与聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)复合,制备了PBS/色素与PBS/多糖复合材料.利用偏光显微镜、差示扫描量热仪等对复合材料结晶行为、热力学性能等进行了研究.结果表明:桔皮色素和多糖的加入并没有改变PBS的晶型,但细化了PBS球晶尺寸,提高了球晶的排列规整度.虽晶粒变小,但因其阻碍了PBS的链段运动,使得结晶度变化不大.两者复合存在热稳定性差异,但由于分子间作用力,使得复合材料的热稳定性下降不显著.复合材料的拉伸强度较PBS有所改善,但天然产物作为应力集中点使得断裂伸长率呈现下降趋势.
The ultrasonic-assisted method was used to extract the orange peel pigment,and the main components were separated.The pigment and polysaccharide components were identified,both were compounded with polybutylene succinate(PBS)by melt blending to prepare PBS/pigment and PBS/polysaccharide composite materials.The crystallization behavior and thermodynamic properties of the composite materials were studied using polarizing microscope and differential scanning calorimeter.The results showed that the addition of orange peel pigments and polysaccharides did not change the crystal form of PBS,but the size of PBS spherulites was refined and the arrangement regularity of spherulites was improved.Although the crystal grains become smaller,the crystallinity changes little because it hinders the movement of the PBS segments.There is a difference in thermal stability between the two,but due to intermolecular forces,the thermal stability of the composite material does not decrease significantly.The tensile strength of the composite material is improved compared with PBS,but the natural product as a stress concentration point makes the elongation at break show a downward trend.
