摘要
针对城市电动出租车充电站选址规划和服务范围划分问题,采用一种基于混合粒子群算法和Voronoi图的优化算法进行求解。分析电动出租车行驶和充电行为特性;以不同权重的充电站成本和用户成本,构建社会总成本目标函数;以电网安全运行为约束建立规划模型;在粒子群算法中引入改进策略,并与Voronoi图法相结合,完成服务范围的自动寻优,实现充电站的站址规划。最后,利用算例仿真进行分析,得到充电站站址和服务范围,验证了方法的有效性和可行性,为未来城市充电站选址提供参考。
An optimal algorithm based on the hybrid particle swarm optimization and Voronoi diagram was adopted to find solutions for location planning and service area division of urban electric taxi.Driving and charging characteristics of electric taxi were analyzed,and an objective function of total social cost was established with charging station cost and user charging cost of different weights.A planning model was established under the constraint of safe grid operation.An improved strategy was introduced into the particle swarm algorithm and combined with the Voronoi diagram method to complete automatic optimization of the service area and realize location planning of the charging station.Finally,example simulation and analysis gave charging station locations and service areas,and verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method,thus providing reference for future location planning of charging stations in the cities.
