摘要
天钢联合特钢有限公司现有三座120吨转炉,转炉平均冶炼周期为35.25 min。针对转炉冶炼周期长的现状,本文分析了低铁耗模式下影响转炉冶炼效率的因素,通过采取缩短转炉废钢加入时间、供氧时间、出钢时间及辅助时间,及一系列设备改造与工艺创新等措施,使转炉冶炼周期由平均35.25 min降低到平均23.43 min,提高转炉冶炼效率33.5%,实现了低铁耗模式下的高效冶炼。
There are three 120 ton converters in Tiangang United Special Steel Co.,Ltd.,average smelting cycle of converter is 35.25 min.In view of the present situation of long smelting cycle of converter,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of converter smelting efficiency in the mode of low iron consumption,after by shortening converter feeding time,oxygen supply time,tapping time and auxiliary time,along with a series of equipment transformation and process innovation measures etc.,the converter smelting cycle has been reduced from an average of 35.25 min to an average of 23.43 min,to improve the efficiency of converter smelting 33.5%,which realizes high-efficiency smelting in the mode of low iron consumption.
