摘要
利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和旋转流变仪研究了过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯(TBPB)/过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)对不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)固化反应和流变行为的影响。采用模压成型法制备了玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯树脂团状模塑料(BMC),并测试其力学性能。结果表明,随着BPO质量分数的增多,UPR固化反应的温度降低;当BPO质量分数为30%时,BMC的拉伸强度和弯曲强度达到最大值32.78 MPa和109.65 MPa。
The effect of tert-butyl peroxybenzoate(TBPB)/benzoyl peroxide(BPO)on the curing reaction and rheological behavior of unsaturated polyester resin(UPR)were studied by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)and rotational rheometer.The glass fiber reinforced unsaturated resin polyester bulk molding compound(BMC)was prepared by compression molding method,and its mechanical properties were tested.The results show that the curing reaction temperature of the UPR decreases with the increasing of BPO mass fraction.When the BPO mass fraction is 30%,the tensile strength and bending strength of BMC could reach the maximum values,which are 32.78 MPa and 109.65 MPa.
