摘要
目的探讨裸花紫珠在宫腔镜术后患者中的抗炎止血效果及安全性。方法收集2018年3月至2019年6月收治的160例宫腔镜手术患者按入院顺序均分为裸花紫珠胶囊组(试验组)(80例)和左氧氟沙星片组(对照组)(80例)。术后分别给予裸花紫珠胶囊、左氧氟沙星片口服6 d,记录手术前、手术后服药前、服药后的血常规、凝血功能、肝肾功能,记录有无术后感染及药物不良反应。结果2组治疗后白细胞、中性粒细胞、C反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率较治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组抗炎疗效的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);裸花紫珠组凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)缩短,血小板数上升,且与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);裸花紫珠组总胆红素(TBIL)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)及尿素氮、肌酐均较用药前下降(P<0.05),2组间相比,肝肾功能变化差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组均无术后感染及药物不良反应。结论裸花紫珠具有抗炎止血作用,可代替抗生素用于宫腔镜术后,且安全有效。
Objective To explore the anti-inflammatory and hemostasis effect and safety of callicarpa nudiflora in patients receiving hysteroscopy.Methods During March 2018 to June 2019,160 patients who had undergone hysteroscopy were enrolled and randomly assigned into Callicarpa nudiflora group(n=80)and levofloxacin group(n=80)which was used as control.Both groups took oral drugs for six days right after hysteroscopy.Parameters of blood cell count,coagulation function,liver enzymes and renal function were tested pre-and post-operation(before and after oral drugs being taken)respectively.Moreover,the duration of bleeding after hysteroscopy,hysteroscopy-related infection and side effects of drugs were recorded.Results No statistical differences were found relating to the changes of white blood cell counts,neutrophil percentages,CRP level and erythrocyte sedimentation rates in either group(P>0.05).Besides,the anti-inflammatory effects of the two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05).Compared to control group,Callicarpa nudiflora statistically shortened PT and APTT and elevated platelet counts(P<0.05).Furthermore,Callicarpa nudiflora reduced the level of TBIL,ALT,AST,BUN and CREA in blood(P<0.05).None of the 160 patients endured hysteroscopy-related infection or side effects of oral drugs.Conclusion Callicarpa nudiflora was effective and safe to be administered after hysteroscopy to prevent infection and accelerate hemostasis.
