摘要
目的:研究对比医院消毒供应中心利用脉动真空清洗消毒机和喷淋清洗消毒机处理不同器械时的清洗效果。方法:累计选取1200件手术使用后的腔镜器械和1600件手术使用后的常规外科手术器械,经过相同强度的预处理之后分别利用脉动真空清洗消毒机和喷淋清洗消毒机进行清洗,并分别检测清洗之后的清洗效果。其中喷淋清洗消毒机在清洗管腔器械时,采用专用的腔镜器械清洗架进行装载。清洗完毕之后,通过棉签擦拭的方法检测器械的清洗效果。结果:脉动真空清洗消毒机对常规外科器械的清洗合格率大于98.3%,对各类腔镜器械的清洗合格率大于94.1%;喷淋清洗消毒机对常规外科器械的清洗合格率大于98.9%,对各类腔镜器械的清洗合格率大于77.8%。结论:脉动真空清洗消毒机与喷淋清洗消毒器机相比,在处理外科手术器械时均具有较高的清洗合格率;在处理腔镜器械时,脉动真空清洗消毒机的合格率高于喷淋清洗消毒机。
Objective:To study and compare the cleaning effect of different instruments by pulse vacuum cleaning machine and spray cleaning machine in hospital disinfection supply center.Methods:A total of 1200 pieces of laparoscopic instruments and 1600 pieces of surgical instruments were selected,after the same intensity of pretreatment,it was cleaned by pulse vacuum cleaning machine and spray cleaning machine,and the cleaning effect was tested.When the spray cleaning and disinfecting machine is used to clean the tube cavity instruments,the special cavity mirror instrument cleaning rack is used to load.After cleaning,through the cotton swab cleaning method to test the cleaning effect of the instrument.Results:The qualified rate of pulse vacuum cleaning machine was more than 98.3%for routine surgical instruments,more than 94.1%for all kinds of endoscopic instruments,and more than 98.9%for spray cleaning machine,the qualified rate of cleaning all kinds of mirror instruments is more than 77.8%.Conclusion:Compared with the spray cleaning machine,the pulse vacuum cleaning machine has a higher qualified rate in the treatment of surgical instruments,and in the treatment of endoscopic instruments,the qualified rate of pulse vacuum cleaning machine is higher than that of spray cleaning machine.
