摘要
目的:观察在急性痛风性关节炎患者中应用红外红光治疗仪进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2016年1月~2019年1月在本院进行急性痛风性关节炎诊治的患者68例,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组各34例。其中对照组患者采用中药外洗内服治疗,观察组给予红外红光治疗仪进行相关治疗,观察并对比两组患者肿胀消退时间以及关节疼痛减轻时间。结果:经研究结果显示,观察组患者的肿胀消退时间以及关节疼痛减轻时间均明显短于对照组,临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急性痛风性关节炎患者中实施红外红光治疗仪进行治疗,可有效缩短患者关节炎疼痛减轻时间和肿胀消肿时间,达到促进患者快速康复,提高患者生活质量的最终目的。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of infrared red light therapy in patients with acute gouty arthritis.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2019,68 patients with acute gouty arthritis were selected for diagnosis and treatment in our hospital.According to the random number method,they were divided into control group and observation group with 34 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine,and the patients in the observation group were treated with infrared red light therapy instrument.Results:The results showed that the time of swelling regression and joint pain relief in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the total effective rate of clinical treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of infrared red light therapy instrument in the treatment of patients with acute gouty arthritis can effectively shorten the time to relieve the pain and reduce the swelling,so as to promote the rapid recovery of patients and improve their quality of life.
