摘要
目的:探讨磁共振成像(MRI)检查在颅内肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:将2018年1月~2019年8月在本院接受治疗的90例颅内肿瘤患者按诊断方案不同分成两组,各45例。对照组给予CT检查,观察组给予MRI检查,对比两组肿瘤检出率、诊断准确率以及诊断效能。结果:观察组患者肿瘤检出率、诊断准确率、敏感度及特异度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在颅内肿瘤诊断中采用MRI检查可显著提高肿瘤检出率、诊断准确率,同时有效地提高诊断效能。
Objective:To explore the application value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of intracranial tumors.Methods:90 patients with intracranial tumors who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were divided into two groups according to different diagnostic protocols,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given CT examination,and the observation group was given MRI examination to compare the tumor detection rate,diagnostic accuracy and diagnostic efficiency of the two groups.Results:The tumor detection rate,diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of MRI in the diagnosis of intracranial tumors can significantly improve the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of tumors,while effectively improving the diagnostic efficiency.
