摘要
目的初步探讨通过笔记本电脑、视频采集盒和无线影音收发器搭建的无线超声工作站在超声医学实机教学中的应用价值。方法实习生24人和患者60例均随机分成试验组和对照组,两组实习生均为12人,患者均为30例,对照组实习生和患者采用传统教学模式,试验组实习生在采用传统的教学模式过程中,上午和下午各抽取1小时进行无线超声工作站方式的模拟教学,分析两组学生和患者在学习检查过程中的主观体验,并对两组实习生的出科成绩进行分析比较。结果试验组实习生在获得知识、观摩体验方面与对照组差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),而在环境体验及讨论开放度中均优于对照组(均P<0.001);试验组患者在环境感受、隐私受尊重、安全感及不受讨论干扰方面的满意率均优于对照组(均P<0.001);试验组实习生现场决策、操作技能考试和最后的总成绩考试中成绩均优于对照组(均P<0.05),而在理论知识考试中,两组成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论无线超声工作站方式的模拟教学是传统教学的有益补充方式,模拟教学配合传统教学方式能比单纯的传统教学模式获得更佳的实习体验、获得更高的学习成绩,充分为患者着想从而更好地服务患者。
Objective To explore the application value of wireless ultrasound workstation built by notebook computer,video capture box and wireless audio-visual transceiver in ultrasonic medical teaching.Methods The 24 interns and 60 patients were randomly divided into the paired experimental group and the control group both with 12 interns and 30 patients,control group interns and patients with traditional teaching mode,experimental group interns in the process of the traditional teaching model,1 hour each morning and afternoon extraction for simulation teaching mode by wireless ultrasonographic workstation.Subsequently,the subjective experience of students and patients in the process of study and test on completion of a course in the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results There was no statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of knowledge acquisition and observation experience(both P>0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of environmental satisfaction and discussion openness(all P<0.001).Patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in terms of environmental experience,respect for privacy,sense of security and interference in discussion(all P<0.001).The results in the field decision-making test,operation skill test and the overall score of the interns in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05),while in the theoretical knowledge test,there was no statistical difference in the results between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Simulation teaching mode by wireless ultrasonographic workstation is a beneficial supplement to traditional teaching mode.The combination of the two mode can achieve better internship experience and higher academic performance than the simple traditional teaching mode in the ultrasonographic clinic,so as to fully consider the patients and better serve the patients.
