摘要
以邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(DIDP)为增塑剂,聚酯弹性体(TPEE)为基础树脂,研究DIDP对TPEE流变性能的影响。结果表明:随着增塑剂DIDP含量的增加,TPEE的流动性大幅提高,其熔体流动速率可从24.1 g/(10 min)提高到73.5 g/(10 min)。在低剪切速率下(100 s^-1),增塑剂DIDP可显著降低TPEE的黏度,添加质量分数为25%的DIDP,TPEE的黏度从553 Pa·s降至117 Pa·s;在高剪切速率下(1000 s^-1),增塑剂DIDP对TPEE黏度的影响减小;同时,增塑剂DIDP可以降低材料黏度对温度的敏感性,尤其是在高剪切速率下(1000 s^-1),质量分数为25%的DIDP改性TPEE的黏度在210℃、220℃、230℃时分别为23.41 Pa·s、22.41 Pa·s、20.08 Pa·s。共混体系中TPEE与DIDP的结晶行为互为影响,二者熔融温度均有所下降,TPEE硬段结晶区的熔融温度从194.8℃下降到189.8℃,DIDP的熔融温度从2.4℃降至-15.7℃。
Using didecyl phthalate(DIDP)as a plasticizer and polyester elastomer(TPEE)as the base resin,the effect of DIDP on the rheological properties of TPEE was studied.The results show that with the increase of plasticizer DIDP content,the flowability of TPEE is greatly improved,and the melt flow rate can be increased from 24.1 g/(10 min)to 73.5 g/(10 min).At low shear rate(100 s-1),the plasticizer DIDP can make TPEE viscosity decrease dramatically,the mass fraction of DIDP is 25%,the viscosity of TPEE decreases from 553 Pa·s to 117 Pa·s;at high shear rate(1000 s^-1),the effect of DIDP on the viscosity of TPEE decreases.Meanwhile,the plasticizer DIDP can reduce the temperature sensitivity of the material viscosity,especially at high shear rate(1000 s^-1),the viscosity of 25%DIDP modified TPEE is 23.41 Pa·s,22.41 Pa·s and 20.08 Pa·s at 210℃,220℃and 230℃,respectively.The crystallization behavior of TPEE and DIDP is affected by each other in the blend,and the melting temperature of TPEE and DIDP decrease.The melting temperature of hard segment of TPEE decrease from 194.8℃to 189.8℃and the melting temperature of DIDP decrease from 2.4℃to-15.7℃.
