摘要
输油气管道高后果区事故发生后对区内人员、财产、环境以及社将会产生重大的不良影响。因此,提升高后果区安全管理的效率至关重要。鉴于现有的高后果区管理较少涉及事故后的应急管理,因此,文章基于C端架构优化了输油气管道高后果区管理的数据平台,在数据库中整合了管道、环境、应急资源、救援等核心信息。在事故发生后,可以快速响应和决策,提供救援所需要的信息,以便减少事故造成的损失。
The management of high consequence areas has an important effect on human,property,environment and society.Hence,improving the management efficiency is essential.Present management of high consequence areas seldom involves post-accident emergency management.Therefore,the management data platform is optimized base on C architecture.The data base integrates the core information about pipelines,environment,emergency resources and rescue.After the accident,the data platform would help to make a quick response and decision,supply main information for rescue.The losses caused by the accident would be reduced.
