摘要
目的:观察独活寄生汤加减联合中药定向透药治疗仪治疗寒湿型慢性非特异性下腰痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年8月至2019年2月本院诊治的寒湿型慢性非特异性下腰痛患者78例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组39例。对照组给予中药透药治疗仪治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用独活寄生汤加减治疗。结果:试验组治疗后PPI、VAS、PRI等简式疼痛问卷表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后JOA量表评分高于对照组,ODI量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后躯体功能、社会关系、心理健康及生理健康等生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤加减联合中药定向透药治疗仪治疗寒湿型慢性非特异性下腰痛,可明显缓解临床症状,减少治疗期间患者疼痛程度,提高生活质量。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction combined with TCM directional penetration therapeutic apparatus on syndrome.Methods:A total of 78 patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain of cold dampness syndrome treated in our hospital from August 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TCM directional penetration therapy instrument,while the experimental group was treated with Modified Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction on the basis of the control group.Results:The scores of PPI,vas and PRI in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,JOA score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and ODI score was lower than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of physical function,social relations,mental health and physical health of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of chronic nonspecific low back pain,Modified Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction combined with TCM directional penetration therapeutic apparatus can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce the pain degree of patients during the treatment,and improve their quality of life.
