摘要
为了保障国家和人民的生命财产安全,服务社会,消防人员必须要对消防建设管理理念进行不断的学习和探索,必须要用发展的眼光来对待消防法制建设以及监督管理改革。基于此,论文首先对我国消防法制建设作了概述,然后分析了消防法制建设与监督管理改革中存在的问题,最后详细阐述了消防法制建设与监督管理改革的相关措施。
In order to protect the life and property safety of the country and the people and serve the society,fire control personnel must continuously study and explore the fire control construction and management concept,and must treat the fire control legal system construction and supervision and management reform with the vision of development.Based on these,this paper firstly summarizes the construction of fire control legal system in China,then analyzes the problems existing in the construction of fire control legal system and supervision and management reform,and finally elaborates the relevant measures of the construction of fire control legal system and supervision and management reform.
