摘要
由于小学生是一个特殊而复杂的群体,这就决定了小学班主任工作的多样性、重要性和复杂性。做好小学班主任需要具备多方面的能力,如教育教学能力、组织管理能力、协调沟通能力等。师范生踏出校门成为一名小学班主任所面临的问题有很多,如带班经验不足、缺乏管理智慧、教学能力较弱和难以把握角色等,如果这些问题在师范生入职后再由学校培养或靠自己摸索,难免会显得很被动。解决这些问题的源头在于师范生在读期间不断学习知识和积累实践经验。而UGS培养模式下不仅有师范院校培养学生基本素养,还有地方政府协助提供锻炼和实习平台,小学为师范生提供优秀导师和锻炼机会,这就为师范生的实践需求和专业发展创造了良好的条件。
Because of the students in primary school are a special and complex group, so it leads diversity, important and complexity of the class supervisor in primary school. A good supervisor required variety of abilities, such as teaching ability, organizational management ability, coordination and communication ability. There are many problems that normal university graduates will face when they step out of the school and become a supervisor in primary schools, such as insufficient class experiences, insufficient management wisdom, weak teaching ability and the difficulty in grasping roles. If these problems are trained by the school or groped by themselves after the graduation, they will be very passive. The source of solving these problems based on the regular continuous learning and accumulation of practical experiences in university. The UGS training mode not only cultivate students’ basic qualities,but also connect to local governments who can provide training and internship platforms. it provides excellent tutors and exercise opportunities for students and creates favorable conditions for their practical needs and professional development.
