微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱测定法测定口服液类保健食品中营养元素 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱测定法(microwave digestion-inductively coupledplasma mass spectrometry,MD-ICP-MS)同时检测保健食品中钙、铁、锌营养元素的方法。方法样品经过硝酸-过氧化氢微波消解预处理后,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定钙铁锌口服液中钙、铁、锌的含量。以45Sc和72Ge为内标溶液在线加入来校正。结果该方法的线性关系良好,相关系数(r)为0.9997~0.9998;方法的检出限为钙3.8μg/mL,铁0.013μg/mL,锌0.0792μg/mL;精密度RSD<2%,重复性RSD<2%,加标回收率为93.4%~104.3%。结论该方法具有线性范围宽、精密度高、操作简便、快速检测等优点,可作为检测钙铁锌口服液中钙、铁、锌元素的有效快速检测手段。 Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of calcium,iron and zinc in health food by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(MD-ICP-MS).Methods The contents of calcium,iron and zinc in the oral solution of calcium,iron and zinc were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)after the sample was pretreated by nitric acid-Hydrogen peroxide microwave digestion.Calibration was performed by adding 45 Sc and 72 Ge as internal standard solutions online.Results The linear relationship of the method was good,the correlation coefficient(r)was 0.9997-0.9998.The detection limit of the method was calcium 3.8μg/mL,iron 0.013μg/mL,zinc 0.0792μg/mL.Precision RSD<2%,Repeatability RSD<2%,the recovery rate of spiked standard was 93.4%-109.8%.Conclusion This method has the advantages of wide linear range,high precision,simple operation and rapid detection,and can be used as an effective and rapid detection method for the determination of calcium,iron and zinc in the oral liquid of calcium,iron and zinc.
