以患者及家庭为中心的行为管理模式对正畸治疗患儿焦虑及配合度的影响 被引量:8

Influence of Patient-family-centered Behavior Management Modelon Anxiety and Coordination Degree in Children Who Accepted Orthodontic Treatment

摘要 目的:探讨以患者及家庭为中心的“说-示-做”法行为管理模式应用于行正畸治疗患儿,对其焦虑情绪、治疗配合度、护理满意度的影响。方法:以2015年7月至2016年7月行正畸治疗并接受常规“说-示-做”法行为管理的57例中龋或深龋患儿为对照组,以2016年8月至2017年8月行正畸治疗并接受以患者及家庭为中心的“说-示-做”法行为管理模式的57例中龋或深龋患儿为观察组。观察两组治疗配合度、护理满意度及治疗前后焦虑情绪变化情况。结果:无焦虑、轻度焦虑、中度焦虑、重度焦虑、病态性焦虑发生率干预后两组比较,差异有统计学意义义(P<0.05)。治疗总配合度优良率观察组为82.46%(47/57),对照组为63.16%(36/57),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理总满意率观察组91.23%(52/57),对照组为66.67%(38/57),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以患者及家庭为中心的“说-示-做”法行为管理模式应用于行正畸治疗患儿,可有效减轻焦虑情绪,提高治疗配合度和护理满意度。 Objective:To explore the influence of behavior management model of patient-family-centered"say-show-do"method on anxiety,therapeutic coordination degree and nursing satisfaction degree in children who accepted orthodontic treatment.Methods:A total of 57 children suffering moderate or deep caries who accepted orthodontic treatment from July,2015 to July,2016 and behavior management of conventional"say-show-do"were chosen as the control group,and another 57 cases who accepted orthodontic treatment from August,2016 to August,2017 and behavior management model of patient-family-centered"say-show-do"method as the observation group.To observe the changes of anxiety,nursing satisfaction degree and therapeutic coordination degree between both groups.Results:The difference showed statistical meaning in the incidences of non-anxiety,mild,moderate,severe and morbid anxiety after the intervention between both groups(P<0.05).Therapeutic coordination degree of the observation group was 82.46%(47/57),higher than 63.16%(36/57)of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05).Nursing total satisfaction degree of the observation group was 91.23%(52/57),higher than 66.67%(38/57)of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Behavior management model of patient-family-centered"say-show-do"method applied to the children who accepted orthodontic treatment could effectively relieve anxiety,raise therapeutic coordination degree and nursing satisfaction degree.
