摘要
建立自然资源空间用途管制是党的十八届三中全会以来中央做出的重大决策部署,是推动生态文明建设、提升自然资源空间治理能力的重要措施。本文从设计思路、关机技术、技术架构三个方面论述了基于空间大数据分析、云计算技术的省级自然资源空间基础信息平台架构。本文提出的架构涉及到三套网络,采用了主流的云计算、分布式计算和存储、多源以勾集成、超量信息可视化分析和交互、矢量瓦片等技术,有一定的借鉴和研究价值。
The establishment of space use control of natural resources is a major decision and deployment made by the Central Committee since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,and an important measure to promote the construction of ecological civilization and enhance the capacity of space governance of natural resources.This paper discusses the provincial natural resource spatial basic information platform architecture based on spatial big data analysis and cloud computing technology from three aspects:design idea,shutdown technology and technical architecture.The architecture proposed in this paper involves three sets of networks,uses the mainstream cloud computing,distributed computing and storage,multi-source hook integration,visual analysis and interaction of excessive information,vector tiles and other technologies,which has certain reference and research value.
