摘要
目的分析空气灌肠整复术治疗小儿肠套叠的应用及有效性。方法抽取2018年11月—2019年11月该院收治的98例小儿肠套叠患儿,均行空气灌肠整复术治疗,观察治疗前后临床指标、恢复情况、复位效果及并发症情况。结果治疗后患儿C反应蛋白为(8.15±2.63)mg/L,白细胞计数为(10.36±2.18)×109/L;治疗前患儿C反应蛋白为(13.26±2.48)mg/L,白细胞计数为(13.01±2.54)×109/L,治疗后患儿C反应蛋白、白细胞计数明显降低(P<0.05)。98例小儿肠套叠患儿经治疗后,肠套叠复位时间为(8.48±4.31)min,胃肠功能恢复时间为(3.17±1.26)d,住院时间为(4.06±1.33)d。治疗后,98例小儿肠套叠患儿复位成功率为95.92%(94例),复位失败率为4.08%(4例)。治疗中共有1例患儿出现肠穿孔,发生率为1.02%,予1期行回肠末端造瘘术治疗,3个月后关瘘术。结论在小儿肠套叠的治疗中,空气灌肠修复术可有效改善患儿临床指标,实现较高的复位成功率,且并发症发生率较低,提升了治疗的安全性。
Objective To analyze the application and effectiveness of air enema restoration in the treatment of intussusception in children.Methods A total of 98 cases of children with intussusception in the hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and treated with air enema surgery.The clinical indicators,recovery status,reduction effect and complications before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the C-reactive protein was(8.15±2.63)mg/L and the white blood cell count was(10.36±2.18)×109/L;before treatment,the C-reactive protein was(13.26±2.48)mg/L and the white blood cell count It was(13.01±2.54)×109/L.After treatment,the C-reactive protein and white blood cell count decreased significantly(P<0.05).98 children with intussusception after treatment had a reduction time of(8.48±4.31)min,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function was(3.17±1.26)d,and the hospitalization time was(4.06±1.33)d.After treatment,98 children with intussusception had a successful reduction rate of 95.92%(94 cases)and a reduction failure rate of 4.08%(4 cases).A total of 1 patient had intestinal perforation during the treatment,with an incidence rate of 1.02%.The patient was treated with a terminal ileal ostomy fistula in stage 1,and a fistula was closed three months later.Conclusion In the treatment of intussusception in children,air enema repair can effectively improve the clinical indicators of children,achieve a higher success rate of reduction,and have a lower incidence of complications,which improves the safety of treatment.
