摘要
目的对在脊柱骨折治疗中采用后路手术内固定术治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择该院收治的脊柱骨折患者82例作为该次研究的纳入对象,选取时间段为2018年1月—2019年6月,按照随机数字表法将其划分为甲组和乙组,每组分别有41例患者。采用传统手术方式对甲组患者予以治疗,采用后路手术内固定术对乙组患者予以治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果甲组总有效率为78.0%,乙组总有效率为95.1%。乙组的总有效率明显高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.628,P<0.05);治疗后,乙组的伤椎前高压缩比(90.9±2.5)、Cobb角(5.2±5.1)°均明显优于甲组(75.5±2.7)、(12.5±5.2)°,差异有统计学意义(t=3.827、3.239,P<0.05);治疗后,乙组的VAS评分(1.3±0.9)分明显低于甲组(3.7±1.2)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.373,P<0.05)。结论针对脊柱骨折患者采用后路内固定术治疗效果确切,可以有效地改善患者的脊椎功能,而且患者的疼痛感更低。
Objective To investigate the effect of posterior surgical internal fixation in the treatment of spinal fractures.Methods 82 patients with spinal fractures admitted to the hospital were selected as the subjects of the study.The time period was selected from January 2018 to June 2019.According to the random number table method,they were divided into groups A and B,each group had 41 patients.Group A patients were treated with traditional surgical methods,and group B patients were treated with posterior surgical internal fixation.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group A was 78.0%,and the total effective rate of group B was 95.1%.The total effective rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A,the difference were statistically significant(χ2=5.628,P<0.05);after treatment,the high pre-vertebral compression ratio in group B was(90.9±2.5)and the Cobb angle was(5.2±5.1)°were better than group A(75.5±2.7),(12.5±5.2)°,the difference were statistically significant(t=3.827,3.239,P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS score of group B(1.3±0.9)points was obviously lower than group A by(3.7±1.2)points,the difference were statistically significant(t=3.373,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of spinal fracture patients with posterior internal fixation has a definite effect,which can effectively improve the spine function of the patients,and the patients'pain is lower.
