摘要
睡眠障碍是尿毒症维持性透析患者中的常见症状,随着尿毒症维持性透析人群的增加,睡眠障碍的体现尤为突出,目前临床上对尿毒症维持性透析患者睡眠障碍的研究越来越多,中西医对本病的研究更加细致深入,中西医结合治疗本病获得了广大患者的认可接受,文章主要从尿毒症维持性透析患者睡眠障碍现状、发病机制、中医病因病机等方面阐述本病的发生机制,旨在提供一个比较系统的中西医治疗尿毒症维持性透析患者睡眠障碍的思路。
Sleep disorder is a common symptom in uremia patients undergoing maintenance dialysis.With the increase of uremia patients undergoing maintenance dialysis,the manifestation of sleep disorder is particularly prominent.At present,there are more and more clinical researches on sleep disorder in uremia patients undergoing maintenance dialysis.The research on this disease in traditional Chinese and western medicine was more detailed and in-depth and the treatment of this disease by a combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has been recognized and accepted by the majority of patients.The article mainly expounded the occurrence mechanism of this disease from the current situation,nosogenesis,etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine and other aspects of uremia patients undergoing maintenance dialysis,aiming to provide more systematic thinking on the treatment of sleep disorder in uremia patients undergoing maintenance dialysis with traditional Chinese and western medicine.
